	This restaurant has been closed for years. It WAS wonderful, the best in town -- a sad day, indeed! It's successor, happily, has very much filled the empty space left. Max's creatively uses this tremendous architectural space and view for fine dining, open air lounge for piano and jazz ensembles, and a very creatively appointed bar.
